Compliance and Quality Assurance

We adhere to HIPAA guidelines and are state-regulated. All staff undergo:

  • Criminal background checks
  • Work authorization clearance
  • Motor vehicle and driving history checks
  • Drug testing
  • Comprehensive client care experience evaluations

Care Training and Insurance

Our Delegating Registered Nurses (RNs) lead ongoing training programs to ensure our team remains knowledgeable about the latest caregiving techniques. All professionals are licensed by the Maryland Board of Nursing, bonded, and insured.
